Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek, an American actor from the United States. She is known for portraying Tiffany Wilson in the 2004 film White Chicks Danielle Brooks in the USA Network television series Covert Affairs Dr. Amber Volakis on the Fox series House Lura Grant on the HBO series Big Love and Francine Hanson on the AMC series Mad Men. Anne Dudek, an American actor, is known best for her character Tiffany Wilson in 2004's comedy film White Chicks. She was also well known as Dr. Amber Volakis of Fox's House and Danielle Brookson of USA Networks Covert Affairs. Dudek grew up in Massachusetts and was a student at Northwestern University. Her first acting role was as a character in The Iphigenia Cycle, a production at the university. Following the Broadway run, she went into New York City and won a Joseph E.Calloway Award. American Theater Magazine named her one of ten young actors worth watching. Dudek landed roles in television as well as on the big screen. As a mother of two, behind the screen the talented actress got married to Matthew Heller from 2008 to 2016. Dudek was originally birthed in Boston Massachusetts, on March 22nd 1975. She was raised in Newton. She was a student at Northwestern University in her early years where she appeared in various productions of theater and on Broadway performing in the latter in the musical Wrong Mountain in 2000. The following year, she won the Connecticut Critics Circle Award for her role in The Glass Menagerie. The Book Group in Britain was her first appearance on television. In the meantime, she has guest-starred in a variety of other TV shows including Desperate Housewives, How I Met Your Mother Friends ER Charmed Bones Numb3rs and Six Feet Under. She also played Lucinda in the pilot episode of Psych. She then played the role of a teacher at high school with an affair with one of her students on Law & Order Criminal Intent. Dudek was then cast in the role of Amber Volakis. She was one of the 40 doctors were Dr. Gregory House was considering for permanent positions in his medical staff. It began during the Season 4 of the show. Her character appeared throughout the entire year before she was killed off in House's Heart & Head finale. She would later reappear in the form of a hallucination created by House in the fifth-season episode Saviors later appearing as such for the remainder in the entire season. Dudek later appeared in Mad Men as next-door neighbor Francine Hanson as well as on Big Love as one of Alby Grant's antagonistic wife, both with regular characters. Dudek has made her Covert Affairs debut in 2010 in the role of Danielle Brooks' sister. Other film roles she has played comprise Tiffany Wilson (the cruise-line's heir) in White Chicks (2004) and Anthony Hopkins' daughter in The Human Stain.
